+Trim whitespace from the left side of a string.

+## Arguments
+- str (string): the string to trim.
+
+## Returns
+trimmed (string): the string with the whitespace removed on the left side.
+
+## Raises
+- `AllocFail`: raised if Ground failed to allocate memory for the new string.
+
+## Example
