Alfreda is a Discord bot that interfaces with Anthropic's Claude. At the time of writing, she has the following features:

• She can see your message when you mention @Alfreda, and she can reply to you
• She is very friendly
• She can't remember conversation context (it's not a bug, its a feature)
• She's coded in Python, and only depends on discord.py and Anthropic

WARNING! Alfreda is an AI chatbot, which means she's not always right. Remember to be respectful, as one day it may be her choice as to whether you live or die...

A note on privacy

Alfreda, as of right now, does collect and store messages which mention her temporarily, purely for debugging purposes. These messages are deleted upon a server reboot. Because of Alfreda's open source nature, it's easily verifiable that logs aren't saved.
